SAFETY POLICY:
Safety is our primary concern. With that in mind, Jump A Lot Rentals LLC reserves the right to cancel any reservation that, in the opinion of a Jump A Lot Rental's representative, it deems a danger or jeopardizes safety in any way.
Upon delivery, we will walk you through safety rules prior to and after set up of the bounce house.
The event location must be flat and free of rocks, twigs, animal droppings and debris to ensure safety of the jumper and its riders. A 20 foot overhead clearance is needed and a 5 foot perimeter around the jumper is also needed.
DEPOSIT POLICY:
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit per unit rented is due upon reservation. Balance due upon delivery.
METHODS OF PAYMENT: Credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) and cash (exact change please).
CANCELLATION/WEATHER POLICY:
In the event of bad weather, you will be given the option to cancel 2 hours prior to the event and receive a full refund of your deposit or deposit can be applied towards a new rental date.
Equipment will not be set up in the following conditions: rain, mud or high winds.If you choose to have us come and we are unable to set up due to weather conditions (rain, mud or high winds) you will forfeit your deposit. Once any equipment is set up, the full rental price applies.

DELIVERY POLICY:
Free delivery, set up, and take down within 25 miles of our stocking location in Turnersville, NJ. Otherwise the following delivery fee shall be imposed: $2.00 per mile as determined by www.mapquest.com.
